According to Disney, the plot will involve the Cheetah Girls going to India to star in a Bollywood production. Like The Cheetah Girls 2, it will be filmed on location in the foreign country. Adrienne Bailon confirmed that all of the girls have signed on for the film and are currently looking for costume and makeup ideas. She also confirmed that they will be filming in India.
