Is the book Animal Farm EXACTLY the same as the movie? and where can i watch at !

Question: thanx
?

Answers: thanx
?

No, it is not the same as the movie - plus, there are actually at least two different versions of the film. One is live action and one is animated. The biggest difference from the book in both is their endings.

The book is actually pretty short, and it would be easy to supplement with information from one of a number of summary websites.

Good luck!

No. The movie is completely different, and doesn't contain the anti-Socialistic sentiment as much as the book.

Try Morpheus or Kazaa to get the movie, but trust me- the book is worth reading. Also, try "1984". Prophecies fulfilled!

If you need to read the book for school and are thinking about watching the movie instead, don't. It doesn't contain all of the information you will need to know. The book isn't that long. You should just go ahead and read it.

No it isnt. I wouldn't recommend the movie, it doent capture the political stand point that the animals portray in the novel. While it is a fairly good film, it doesnt show the underlying messages as strongly as it does in the book.

The movie is a waste of time. The book is too short NOT to read. My son wanted to take the shortcut and I said no. Once I told him it wasn't about animals and was really about the murderous thugs who hijacked Russia, he got a bit interested. If you really need to cheat, check out the analysis in Wikipedia - but still read the book. There are some memorable scenes.

And the movie just doesn't cut it, especially since its ending was clearly naive, wishful thinking or unnecessary propaganda.

Read the book for your report!
