yeah he is pretty funny. however, they don't let his character develop in the films; for example they left out the whole "Weasley is our king" thing so he couldn't emerge as a talented individual rather than just being Harry's sidekick. he's a bit too silly (?) in the movies, in my opinion. but yeah...he's funny...
Absolutely. He is even funnier in the books.
