A League of Their Own~They're not teenagers, but you might enjoy this.
Josie & the Pussycats~It's rather silly, but I thought this was a lot of fun, too. It's certainly not as meaningful as most of the ones on my list. *giggle*
The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie~This is a wonderful film, but it does have some nudity in it when one of the girls poses for an artist.
Slap Her... She's French aka She Gets What She Wants (2002)~I added this because I recall it being a very funny film in which things get turned around when a foreign exchange student arrives. I don't know how much camaraderie is in it, but it's a lot of fun.
NOTE: Be cautious about "Foxes" and "Little Darlings" though they certainly are likely to seem tame compared to a lot of the teen films now. I added a caution for another film which is truly wonderful, very funny and quite touching. By the way, in the cast of "Little Darlings" is Cynthia Nixon, who would grow up to join the cast of "Sex & the City"!

The movie Now and Then from 1995! Its got Thora Burtch, Gabby Hoffman, Christinia Ricci, Demi Moore and Rosie O'Donnel. Its the best girlie movie ever!
