Looking for the title of a Madonna biography, early 90's?!

I'm looking for the name of a film I once saw on TV, which is sort of a biography of Madonna's early career.
It's probebly a TV movie, don't think it got to cinemas\dvd.
The film is probebly from 1993\4, and it's NOT A DOCUMENTRY. There was an actual actress portraying Madonna's role, and it focuses on her realy early career in New York.
It's NOT AN OFFICIAL FILM either, I don't think Warner or Madonna has authorised it in any way, but it could be... you never know.
I'm not talking about TRUTH OR DARE \ IN BED WITH MADONNA... It's a film about her, not by her.
Can anyone please help me find out the name of it and where it's available?

...sounds very much like you're referring to the 1994 biographical T.V. movie, entitled "Madanna: Innocence Lost", starring relatively unknown actress Terumi Matthews, as Madonna...
...it appears that the film has not been released on DVD, yet; there also appears to be private sellers over at Amazon, who seem to be seeking the VHS tape pretty cheap...
