LOVEFiLM Lost/Damaged DVDs?!
Question: Just wondering:- what you do if your LOVEFiLM DVD snaps or it gets lost in the post?

They allow some of those. If your lost and broken item are becoming excessive, they may charge you, or cancel you, but if it's the first time, totally just let them know. They will get a replacement to you.
Just tell them about it. It's not your fault.
