Question: So I know it's obviously affiliated with the movie, Untraceable (which I really want to see by the way)
But other people were saying that there are activities and puzzles on the site. All that happens when I go there is it asks if I want to enter, and when I say yes it says 91% ignored the warning and then asks me where my morals are? How do I get to the activities? Nothing is clickable either, not even the thing at the bottom that says about the Federal Cyber Crimes. Anyone know what to do? Thanks.

Once you go into the site and it brings you up that page when it says the 91% of you ignored the warning when you say yes, it should bring up a little box under it that says "The Federal Cyber Crime Task Force..." and you click on that and it should bring up a pop-up and it gives you instructions from there.
Make sure your Browser allows pop-ups and the Killer gives you puzzles to solve.
