Question: the one where a girl in the 50s goes to a prom and forgets to deliver an envelope to the bank that her grandpa needs but she crashes on the way to prom into the lake or something. she comes back as a ghost when someone lives in her house in the 90s again...she asks him for help to get the envelope to the bank. oh, and her grandpa lives in a secret room;in a closet there is a door to his room. it was REALLY good and it's driving me ABSOLUTELY NUTS that i can't remember the movie title. wasn't it suzy q or like betty q something 50s ishh?
released in the late 90s or 2000...i forgot. i mean, it's one of the few insanely good movies the disney channel made.
