Ok, here it is... CIA masterpiece. Three Days of the Condor with Robert Redford... old school classic... its awesome.
even though it is not CIA "Se7en" is phenominal. A spy movie check out "Casino Royal"

What about hte Mission: Impossible series?
"Three Kings" (1999) with George Clooney and Mark Wahlberg is a favorite of mine. The Good Shepherd (2006), The Good German (2006), Jarhead (2005), Munich (2005), Syriana (2005), The Constant Gardener (2005), Collateral (2004), The Quiet American (2002), The Spanish Prisoner (1997), JFK (1991), Once Upon a Time in America (1984), and Hopscotch (1980) are all films you might find interesting.
"Apocalypse Now" (1979) is, of course, a classic. So are Hitchcock's "North by Northwest" (1959) and "The 39 Steps" (1935).
A good comedy about the CIA and FBI's doings is "Dick" (1999) with Kirsten Dunst and Michelle Williams. Love that one!
