The Names of These Movie Monsters!!!?!
Question: Although I'd like to think that I'm fairly respectably knowledgeable, as far as all of the Godzilla movies, for the life of me, I haven't been able to figure out the names of some of the monsters, who have faced off with Godzilla; for instance, what is the name of the giant crab??? Or the giant mantis??? Or the giant spider???

...fortunately, you got someone who grew up watching these great films (...and quite candidly, STILL watches them), and who's extremely well versed and knowledgeably lored in the Godzilla mythos, so shall we count them down, one by one???
...the giant crab, with which you speak of, which made it's first appearance in 1966's "Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster", is called Ebirah...
...the giant mantis, or should I say mantis', as there are usually two or three of them, when they appear, made their first appearance in 1967's "Son of Godzilla", and are called Kamacurus (...though in "Son of Godzilla", they were referred to as 'Gimantis', a word-combo of 'giant' and 'mantis')
...the giant spider, which also made it's initial appearance in "Son of Godzilla", is known as Komonga, though in "Son of Godzilla", it was referred to as Spiga (...pronounced 'Spee-gah')
