Who thought I am legend was brill book but rubbish film?!
Question: You are right that the book is excellent and is not mirrored in either film from it (there was one in around 1971 called the Omega Man which was about as good as I Am Legend)

I thought the film was really good
i thought the epilogue in the film was unneeded and just blehish. I liked the film though. I got lots of jumps in the first half out of it.
Not read the book but i thought the film was good it had a disappointing ending though

I was bored for about 75% of it. There was so much that wasn't explained. A lot of random crap that didn't need to be in there. Then they ran out of time or money or something and just ended the movie. Could have been a lot better. SHOULD have been a lot better!
The film was great until the CGI monsters turned up. All the tension that built up to this point went flying out the window. I think the rest of the budget must have dried up at this point, because those effects were a joke.
They might as well have used hand-puppets.
It was a very educational movie. Brilliant story and cinematography. It was bit disgusting at some point but still ROCKED!!!!!!!
