Who would you cast in the new A-Team movie?!
Question: I hate John Singleton....hate him...he killed Shaft...now he's primed to kill something else from my childhood...The A-Team. Done right...it can be as gritty as Three Kings...action/dramady. But I want to take his casting decisions out of his hands seeing as he wants friggin ICE CUBE as BA Barracus... MY CAST IS AS FOLLOWS(And I tried to make it a realistic casting...not superstars in every role. That wouldn't happen):
Hannibal-Kurt Russell
FaceMan-Ryan Phillipee
Murdoch-Sam Rockwell
BA Barracus-Ving Rhames
Talbot-Brian Cox
Great actors that you could realistically cast in a movie and could make the movie gritty. Do you have a better cast? I'm still iffy on Phillippe as Faceman...leaning toward Josh Lucas.

I agree with Ving Rhames as B.A.
I think you need someone good at physical comedy for Murdock and I'm not sure Rockwell could do it. Maybe Jim Carey because we have actually seen him do physical comedy.
George Clooney could do Hannibal
Face Man has to be a "pretty boy/arrogant" type. I'd go with Josh Holloway.
Do you mean Colonel Decker when you say Talbot? I don't remember a Talbot. I think Cox could do a good Decker.
i wouldn't cast anyone famous, that's not the A-Team way
Hannibal - Russell Crowe
FaceMan - Heath Ledger / Scott Speedman /
Murdock - Michael Sheen/Ben Foster/Steven Mackintosh or Johnny Depp or Quinten Tarantino
BA Barracus - Vingh Rhymes / Taye Diggs / (definitely would not talk like in the series).
Decker - Bruce Willis or Kurt Russell
well for one thing no one wants it in the style it was int he tv series where no one dies
and the Ice Cube side would be good because he does major action movies.
I could easily see Ice Cube as BA Barrackus
however i hope they stick to the original plan of Mel Gibson as Hannibal Smith
Jim Carrey is rumored to be playing Murdock and i think that would be great.
Leo Decaprio and Brad Pitt have been said to be up for FACE
Sam Rockwell is no Murdoch
