Question: Hey People I live in Sacramento California where we have beautiful Mountains and clean rivers. we have four seasons and not to far from San Francisco about a hundred miles. we go to concerts and plays. I am not a Raider Fan nor a forty niner fan but,there they are! We have some of the best research centers in the world. The thing I don"t like about Calif is they have very little pity for the home-less and rem the poor like take away cars from them if they have problems paying the fees makeing it hard on the families that need trans for work then rem these poor people in fines that they can"t pay then they throw them in jail bringing them down further inti ruin. Does this go on in other Countrys?
