Which of the six Star Wars Episodes had the best over all story?!

Story? Hmm.. I'd say Revenge of the Sith had the best story..
The best acting? Most certainly, No.. The best lightsaber duel? Of course.. The best characters? No. But the best story..
the empire strike back was the best overal story
I agree, The Empire Strikes Back has the best story, action and combination of locations: a World War I trench warfare style combat on an ice planet, a continuing cat-and-mouse pursuit between the Millennium Falcon and the Empire fleet, Luke's meeting and subsequent Jedi training with Yoda, and the climactic scenes in the Cloud City--including the shocking revelation about Luke's father!
I like the original 3 the best, and out of those the first one (episode IV, A New Hope) and The Empire Strikes Back were my favourites.
I've not read 7, 8 or 9.
Empire, by far. It was the climax of the story. There technically isn't a 7,8 or 9, but I've read many of the books that take place after Return of the Jedi. There are so many good stories in the Star Wars universe and many of them would make excellent films. The books that are set before Phantom Menace and during the Clone Wars are pretty fun to read, too. If I were George Lucas, I'd be feeding the Star Wars fans a new film every few years. I know he has more money than he knows what to do with, but all the fans I know are starving for more!!
