What movie should I go watch?!
Question: out of all the movies in theaters what movies would recommend I watch? I like just about any type of movie there is. I am trying to think of a couple good movies that my husband can go and see together when he comes back home from Iraq in about 3 weeks. He is into any type of horror movie, action movies. he can sit through some chick flicks but they have to be actually funny. what would you recommend?

National treasure 2 is good
Some say I am Legend is good but I personally did'nt like it. I like movies with plots, but I am Legend just had semi-amount of guns.
But cloverfield is excellent it just takes u away especially if your in a theater with an excellent sound system
How tired is he of action, having been in the middle of so much?
If he's up for horror, I Am Legend and Cloverfield are pretty good, although some people are complaining about the end of Cloverfield.
If he's up for action, either National Treasure Book Of Secrets or Beowolf (in second run) might be good. It's not out yet, but Untraceable looks very good.
If he wouldn't mind politics too much, some loved Charlie Wilson's War.
You know him better than I do, but I would advise not pushing him too hard just after he returns. Give him a week or so to get back into the U.S. before making him go out. Of course, if he's the type who is up for a movie right away, then go ahead.
Unfortunately, January and February are probably the weakest months out of the year for movies. That is usually the time when studios dump their worst films (with a few rare exceptions) and try to forget about them.
Honestly, the only decent movies I can think of that will still be around in three weeks (I Am Legend will probably leave the theaters by then) is the new Rambo movie and Cloverfield.
im 11 and i went to see "I Am Legand" it was really good cus things kept poping out but was kind of freaky- i hpoe u have a good time with ur husband there all our heros
I am legend was great i would have to agree, alvin and the chipmunks was pretty funny but do not go see Cloverfeild i hated it and it seemed like everyone else in the theater did also. Juno and 27 dresses is supposed to be really good too
i would say either The Ballad of Sweeny Tod(with Johny Depp) or National Treasure 2. the funny, or creepy, thing about Sweeny Tod is that they banned it from the city that i live in lol.

If he likes action, I would recomend waiting until the 25th. Thats when RAMBO comes out. It looks amazing!!!
