Who watched Cloverfield? I threw up!?!

Question: I couldn't take more than 20 minutes of the movie before I left the theater and threw up. It's the first time I've EVER gotten motion sickness, and I've watched the Blair Witch project.

It had good special effects, if only the guy had a more steady hand.

Plus, what happens in the end? I couldn't make it back into the theater. I heard it's dissappointing.

Everyone except Lily dies, pretty much. Marlena's stomach explodes after she is bitten by one of the smaller creatures that fell from the monster. Hud is half eaten by the monster itself. Beth and Rob huddle under a bridge in Central Park, and it's assumed they die. People think it's cheesy that they say "I love you" to each other before they die, but I liked it because it felt real, human nature.

i really liked it. i was in the 2nd row, and with the camera moving, it game me a headache, my friend actually started getting motion sickness.
at the end, bobby, and beth bid their farewells and they die. and the guy who was filming (i can't remember his name) also dies.

yeah thats exactly what i said, i had no problem with the balai witch project but i got really sick after i watched cloverfield and it wasnt evn a good movie

I personally didn't like the movie that much... @ the end... the guy saves his girlfriend, but then, while they are under a bridge, they say goodbye to the camera and they all die... how great is that??? (jk)

yeah motion sickness will do that...

I thought the ending was amazing. Very non hollywood which was great. Plus things are still a mystery which is perfect. People kept complaining like "They didn't explain everything!" Thats the point! This is from the point of view of random people caught in a disaster, not soon-to-be-heroes.

Watch the end, and don't let anybody spoil it for you. BUT watch it in theaters, not when it comes out on dvd, it just wouldn't be the same.

Edit:
WOW good job people spoiling the movie. Oh well... it wasn't really about the twists or whatever it was the survival part as a whole. It actually felt like I was running for my life as well. Also people hate this movie cause it's missing a happy ending. Sh**, life doesn't work that way. They're the reason why almost all hollywood movies have to have 1)Sex 2)Violence 3)A Happy Ending. *rolley eyes emoticon found on msn which yahoo answers is lacking*

Every one dies!? How depresing!?
