I've seen JAWS: The Revenge a thousand times, but even I'll admit that it sucks. I distinctly remember avoiding the other 5 movies because I heard they were so terrible, and apparently the voters on IMDb tend to agree!!
I agree with the person that said High School Musical becuase those two movies were just awful to see and to hear.

There are way too many bad movies out there -- any of the above will do.
A better question might be, most overrated film ever made.
For me, those would be The Blair Witch Project, which I think really benefited from its own hype. Also, 28 Days Later, I just thought that film was rubbish.

I think Plan 9 from outer space is one of the best of the bad.
The only two films I ever honestly wanted back the two hours (each) of my life wasted watching:
The Lonely Lady -- never never NEVER bother watching this film. If anyone has access to the master negatives, please burn them.
Vertical Limit -- utter garbage. Not even Scott Glenn playing his standard flinty Scott Glenn character can remotely begin redeeming this trash.
