First of all, with the way you spell and your grammatical syntax, I would not look twice at your script. I was a writer for Walt Disney Productions for 12 years. I don't know if you have studied script writing, I'd say probably not but you have to write your scripts a certain way. Any reader can read the script of an amateur and know it's an amateur. They don't give you a chance to learn anymore, you have to know what you're doing.
My suggestion is that you go to Barnes & Noble and buy a book on how to write a screenplay. I don't know where you are in school but if you are still young, I'd suggest you pay attention in English class and learn grammar, spelling and syntax.
If you have not taken college level writing classes, I'd suggest you do that.
Disney gets scripts from agents. You would be better off starting with festivals like Sundance, where they also have a training program. You need to have everything you write copywrighted and you need to register it with the film society.
I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but if you are a serious writer, you must know your craft.

It depends how the quality of the movie and if it is good. Do you have any experience. I doubt they'd take it from someone with no past experience.

Send it to them to see if they accept it or not. If you don't feel confident enough, send it to your friends for some input and maybe suggestions to make it better. Show it to your parents if you want, and tell them to be honest about what they think, not just what they want to say to make you feel better.
you can try thats a good opportunitty of making fame money and all that stuff... just watch out they dont wanna put their names on you script.. good luck!
