No, "Fool's Gold" is not the sequel. There is no sequel to "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days." It is just the same actors (Kate Hudson & Matthew McConaughey).
This duo worked well the first time, so I'm hopeful that this movie will be good, too. :)
