Hero dubbing good?!

Question: I want to watch the movie "Hero" but it is in Mandarin. I have the English copy of the DVD but is the dubbing good? Or fake sounding?

I don't want to watch the movie where the dubbing doesn't fit the character.

Can't you just get the Mandarin language with English subtitles? I have only seen one film in my life that was even a remote success at dubbing into English. That was "Brotherhood of the Wolf". You have to expect it to be bad. Either read the bottom of the screen or settle in for mistimed dubbing. It's a fact of life.
