Question: no it is not. simply for the fact that it has already been downloaded for your viewing pleasure. you don't download the movies. the site does it for you. you only have to click and watch. you don't store them to your computer or distribute them yourself. you're perfectly safe on that site.

Um, yesss. If you can watch it for free, it's not legal. It's only legal if you pay for it, because you're paying for the copyright to watch it.

And P.S. Just because you're safe, doesn't mean it's not illegal. You asked whether the site was illegal, and it is. Will you get in trouble for watching those movies? Probably not. I download movies on my own all the time and never run into any trouble. The Feds have better things to do.
