I'm going to take a swing at this although that's certainly a mixture of styles and subject matter.

The Station Agent
When Strangers Appear
Trauma~Colin Firth
May
MirrorMask
Tideland
Don't Look Now
Beneath (2007)
Repulsion
Copycat
Suspect Zero
Session 9
Wonderwall
Tenebre aka Unsane (in edited form)~I have read several places that this is considered the source for such films as "Se7en", "Copycat" and "The Bone Collector". In it's purest form, it's quite gory and violent but fascinating, which is average for Dario Argento.
Pan's Labyrinth
Funny Games (1997)~actually likened by some to "A Clockwork Orange", beyond its home invasion theme
Altered States~So, have you tried Ken Russell? I suppose it depends if you like "ACO" enough to go into the same bizarre territory. If so, there's also "Lair of the White Worm", which is really out there.
Lost Highway (1997)~How DO you feel about David Lynch? Kubrick in "ACO" and "2001" does give us some bizarre images. Or, do you prefer other Kubrick works more?

I suppose you have watched everything by those three directors, so it's simply thinking of films that might come close to their works. In Kubrick's case, which films?

edward scissorhands/corpse bride/charlie and the choclate factory/sweeny todd/nightmare b4 xmas on acid (kidding! or am i? kidding! drugs are bad mmkay!)

I have none of the above, but try Tom Hank's THE GREEN MILE...

Oh man , I can't for the life of me think of the title, but it has Christina Ricci who plays a tap dancer and gets sort of kidnapped by a con and ends up in love??? This will drive me nuts, let me know if you think of it. I think it was an independent film...

well ok-maybe national treasure 2 but that has no actors in it you want but i know a movie with all 3 actors in it go to the vidio store and ask for the big man PLEASE GIVE ME 10 POINTS

Cohen brothers first feature, "Blood Simple"

Orson Wells "Touch of Evil"

"Another Day in Paradise" 1997,James Woods, Melanie Griffith

Guy Ritchie's "Lock, Stock, and two smoking barrels"
