Totally Dogma. It's the dude from Harry Potter who always sounds like he's drunk - playing the angel that is 'God's Voice'.
Jesus' scion (Bethany - or great, great, great, great etc neice) asks what god is like. And he says "Who God? ....:Lonely... but funny! he's got a great sense of humour".
And when Alannis Morrisett pops out of the church, as 'God', Bethany asks her question 'why are we here?' and God touches her nose and says 'boop'. And the same angel says something along the lines of 'see, i told you he had a great sense of humour.'
And in case you're asking this question seriously, rather than a test for how many people get this right I'll let you know that originally the line was supposed to be 'plastics' rather than 'boop'.
