it's about 2 hours too long *rim shot*
seriously though....basicly it's permantly shell shocked John Rambo living in thailand, some missionarys come looking for a ride into burma. rambo says no, cute girl says "please?", rambo takes missionarys into warzone, massive gore fest of bad guys violently killing innocent villagers in horribly disgusting detail (it's like CSI meets a snuff film). Rambo and friends (mercenary friends) go back in to save the missionarys, and more of the same disgusting gore fest, but this time killing bad guys. and lots of horrible rape, torture...and twice there's this scene where the bad guys make villagers race each other thru a pond that they just chucked fresh land mines in to, to see which villager blows up first, and then they shoot the survivors anyway.
the first 3 were killer fun action movies.....this one is a sick twisted piece of depravity.

well to completely understand you need to see his first 3 movies. its a bunch of asian or hpilipine jerks pushing around poor people and some yuppys come to aid them medicaly then the jerk soldiers catch them and then rambo comes to save them with some other guys. i just say it like 10 mins ago. it was apsolotly amazeing!!!!!
A tough guy with a machine gun with unlimited ammo VS hundreds of soldiers with RPGs/firearms and lousy aiming.
