$$$ they saw how wildly popular the first two were, now just imagine the sales if all the fans went to pay to see it.
They're testing it out on the stage... and chances are if they tour the show it'll turn into a Hannah Montana type thing... They'll make LOTS more selling the soundtrack and theatre tickets!

There will be a HSM4 in the cinemas...

There will be a HSM5 in the cinemas...
Etc.
There will probably be spin-offs and all crap like that too.

PLOT:

Even though they should have stopped after the 1st one ..not only because the movies are horrible but because compared to the 1st one..the 2nd one was crap! They need to face it.. sequels can't beat the originals.
