i think both are actually great in their own way. both end up losing the one they care about the most, both have great actors but honestly i have loved titanic since i was little. so my choice is titanic. its a great movie. not saying brokeback mountain wasnt good but at certain times, it just got to me.... no one should cheat on their wife. that is ust wrong and it seems down right gross. sorry but that hurt a little. Kate left her coniving fiancee for the one she ended up never forgetting until the day she died in her sleep.

Brokeback mountain may have cowboys humping each others asses but Titanic is gay. The characters in brokeback have more depth, the acting is so much better and the story was original.

my ex girlfriend accused me of being gay because i liked broke back mountain, im not gay or bi in anyway, it was just a good movie, i didnt like titanic that much, so definitely broke back mountain
both... you can't compare these two movies, because they weren't about the same things... cowboys and a ship... hmm... i loved both, and disliked both for their own reasons as I'm sure most people did... but I thought the acting in both of them were fantastic...oh and as for which was more romantic, you can't compare that either obviously... but I would say yet again it was tied b/c they both lost the loves of their lives...

I thought the other a totally stupid movie. Not because of the two cowboys in love as that does not bother me in the least - to each his own. I just thought the movie was downright stupid. They could have done much more with it.
