I guess she did it so everyone would leave the site and so viewer would know that we was caught and killed...i personally didn't like the movie...i thought it was really slow and the end could have been so much better
Me too, but I guess if it were an actual situation, then she'd actually do it. Because it was a symbol of 'i got him, i killed him, we won' and she was so traumatized that she probably couldn't find the right words.
I wish the end continued to where she reunited with her daughter and that one detective. That would've been a better ending.
But i loved that movie!
