My favorite band is Demon Hunter, but my favorite song changes everyday, really. Right now I'm listening to "Gabriel" by Lamb (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1Cy78pCn... ), who is pretty good. I also like Portishead, as well as The Weepies (I just got 'Happieness' in the mail a couple days ago ^_^) . I occasionally listen to prog like Dream Theater, System of a Down, and Coheed + Cambria. I like some of Jewel's stuff, also Sarah McLachlan and Alanis Morissette. I like old-school pop-punk/indie too like Bad Astronaut and ESPECIALLY The Early November (they're awesome). Sometimes I listen to Motion City Soundtrack (they're really good at what they do too) or Death Cab for Cutie. Bloc Party's pretty good. I also like Sherwood. I've been listening to Evanescence recently (particularly "So Close" and "Lacrymosa"). Tori Amos is pretty great too- I LOVE Bouncing Off Clouds and A Sorta Fairytale. I listen to a lot of country music (I don't like mainstream music). I like John Mayer and FLYLEAF (how could I forget them?!- Lacey Mosley is AMAZING). I'm very selective about Classic Rock- the primary four is Phil Collins, Don Henley, Styx, and Journey. I like "I don't wanna wait" by Paula Cole, "Stay" by Lisa Loeb, "Torn" by Natalie Imbruglia, and "you're still the one" by Shania Twain. And I'm probably forgetting some too.
...yeah, there's a lot to consider.
