Don't mind the japanese, the movie itself is in english.
I'm sorry, but it's not available to watch for free, legally anyway. (Thanks Al Gore.) You can download it from limewire or such illegally (Pirating) but as far as any sites, I'm not sure.
You might want to try another video rental store, such as Hollywood video or the like.
There has to be a single copy of An Inconvenient Truth somewhere in your area. Check the yellow pages/local library.
If you have to go online, I would use a Torrent browser like uTorrent. Download this program, then use it to convert torrent files into watchable movies. You can get torrent files if you look around on Google. I use Azureus.
The process can take days in most cases, sometime you get lucky and in that case it takes a day or many hours.
But it's free, both in viruses and monetarily! And the video quality is good!
