Unless your name is Steven Spielberg, nobody will sponsor just an idea as you need to have a screenplay written and it better be very profitable as the industy is extremely hard to break into and the vast majority of people fail before they even take their first step. American just doesn't make enough films to give everybody a chance and when certain screenplay writers are being paid million of dollars to use their imagination you better believe that the competition is extremely stiff with many of the top contracts going to experienced writers from the top universities in the world.

Production companies I guess...but get this. Director Uwe Boll takes advantage of a German taxpayers loophole to pay for his movies! No wonder his movies are trash!
