it was way more about how they are dealing with the loss of friends then it is the monster. ending sucked

Just don't see it if you get motion sick.

I saw Cloverfield and I think that the makers were trying to copy the movie 'War Of the Worlds' but still its a great movie and it was really thrilling

great. MANY people got motion sickness but not me. soo just warning u. but totaly it was a great movie.

hope you enjoy :)

I haven't seen this movie but my daughter has. She said that all the jerky motions made her nauseous. I work at a movie theater and several customers walked out and asked for refunds. Most of them said it was making them sick to watch while one said it gave her a headache. I know of several cases of children throwing up in the theater while watching this movie.

Its like a Blair Witch Project meets Godzilla film.

Cloverfield, to me, was much more about a fear and terror of the unknown than it was about the monster, or the destruction.

one thing that i'm really glad about is that its not a gorefest like alot of these "horror" movies such as the Saw series. the only really gruesome scene in it is when of the characters explodes from the inside after getting bit by one of the monsters little beasties..

good. but if you get ANY motion sickness, i dont recommend going. my friend works at our theater, and she said that they've had to clean up barf 15 times, in 2 days.

it was okay....special effects were pretty good though....story line was okay as well....but the film doesnt explain anything at all....

hahaha, dont listen to these guys, you will get motion sickness if you have a weak stomach, but the camera settles a bit when Hud has the camera, but anyways it doesnt tell you much because thats the point, if anyone wants character development click these links and you get what I thought some pretty good character development

i think its great but they should make another one about people who actually survived the whole movie and saw what happened after they killed the monster ...if they did....uhhh.....humans rule!!!
o and at the end wen rob and beth are on the train to coney island on the middle-right u see something go in the water.

It's one of the few movies in my life (and I have seen a lot of movies) that I walked out on.

It just wasn't worth the waste of time and money.

It seems to be more appealing to the younger crowd. That's fine with me. I'm older...and I know how to appreciate a really good horror movie. Cloverfield is just not one of them.
