Meet the Spartans: TMSME?!
Question: My sister wanted to see Meet the Spartans and we went to see it. Well, this movie just entered my personal category "TMSME," The Most Stupid Movie Ever. You can make a spoof like Date Movie, Scary Movies 3 & 4, and still be funny although it's a satire, but when you make fun of something and it's not funny, then we have a problem. Don't waste your time if you're thinking of having a laugh, you will not laugh 99.9% of the time.
It's so bad that Rotten Tomatoes has it at 3%; 1 fresh, 34 rotten.

What do you think of the movie?
I can tell you that it's made by the same people that made Epic Movie and Date Movie, and while Date movie wasn't AS bad as Epic Movie, they seem to be going down hill..and it's a very little hill as Epic Movie was already bad.
They're BAD movies filled with lazy references to popular movies, they're not even true spoof movies. They're horrible.
I'm not bothering. All the funny stuff is in the previews I'm betting, and even this one isn't all that funny in the previews.
All Epic Movie was, was a string of sex, urine, and vomit jokes...and all of them were horrible.
I wish I would have seen this before I wasted my money on it. I was shocked to see it was number 1. Obviously many of us were duped. I was hoping the theater floor would open into the pit of death and save me.
