What is your opinion about this movie ? 300 ?!

It seemed a little farfetched but I enjoyed it. I have to say I liked Troy a lot better.

Let me put it this way: as far as it being a terrific popcorn movie, fun to watch and forget almost immediately after you've seen it, '300' is indeed very good.
It's not intellectualy stimulating, nor does it claim to be, and visually it's stunning to watch. Zach Snyder has been compared to Michael Bay as an action-movie director, but I think he's way more talented than Bay is. Snyder has an innate sense of action dynamics, tension and suspense (you just have to see his version of 'Dawn of the Dead', which is even better than '300', to fully appreciate it!), and he delivers astonishingly well in those departments.
Apreciate '300' for what it is, that is to say a visual splendor from start to finish, a great film within the action-adventure genre, and Gerard Butler's performance in it is breathtaking.

I never saw it, because my sixteen year old went on a college tour and they saw, it she said it was awful, so much blood shed.
the movie itself were hours of my life wasted. but looking at hot half naked men made it bearable. but the only reason i sat through the whole thing was because i paid money i could never get back lol. im cheap
I actually liked it. i guess it would depend on your taste though.
Well the cast was great but the movie wasn't that great. I liked it a lil though cause it was based on the greek history and as u can see my avatar name... I am Greek! =)
