It's the new James Bond movie, and the film title comes from a short story published as part of a collection by Bond creator Ian Fleming in 1960.
Not sure about the opening sequence but I read: QUANTUM opens in the reported subterranean MI6 safe house, where Bond and M are interrogating Mr. White. Their interrogation is interrupted when a traitor kills Mr. White to silence him, then takes off, and the car chase follows through Siena, eventually transforming into the rooftop chase.
This is the film Quantum of Solace and it's title originates from a Ian Fleming novel and the opening scene is to be a car chase in Siena Italy.
