The film is subtitled but on the DVD you can set it so that it has English speaking. I personally didn't think that it was that good a film, the monster was cool though.
From what I remember and I only saw it about 3 weeks ago- It was subtitles but some words were still in enlgish- its a good movie! well I liked it!!! It was funny and dramatic and sad all in one movie!
Are you talking about the Korean film, The Host? It's about a weird monster that snatches a girl and keeps her in a sewer. When everyone thinks she's dead, she's able to call her father with a cellphone...giving her family hope. So her family goes after the monster to try and save the girl. It's in Korean and has English subtitles. It's an OK movie. The special effects are pretty cool.

...some critics are comparing the film to the original "Jaws", but I felt that it was much more intimate and dramatic; it seems to play not unlike a Stephen King novel, in a sense that the film begins quite innocent and carefree, with nary an indication of anything potentially horrific...and then, Wham!!! The ensuing horror hits, like an unstoppable freight train!!!
