What's The Title Of This Movie, And Where Can I Find It???!

Question: A long time ago, I remember seeing an older movie version of the Frankenstein story (but it was still in color), that I remember seeing, and there was an unusual twist to the story, because the monster was initially handsome & good looking, but by the end of the movie, he was really ugly and scarred. At the end of the movie, the monster and Dr. Frankenstein both die, in an ice cave-in...

Any ideas or suggestions???

Oh, Yes!!! You're talking about one of my favorite movie versions of Mary Shelley's 'Frankenstein', which was the 1974 two-part made-for-T.V. movie, "Frankenstein: The True Story, starring Michael Sarrazin, as the Monster...

...originally released on VHS tape, in the extremely trunsicated overseas theatrical version, the DVD, released back in 2006, is the complete version...

...here is a real interesting critique and breakdown of the film, as well as some good pics...

It was Frankenstein: The True Story (1974).

It was initially a two-part miniseries, but it was released theatrically as well. Starred Leonard Whiting, James Mason, Jane Seymour and Michael Sarrazin.

It's available on Region 1 DVD.

I think this is it.............
