Looking for an old Japanese vampire trilogy, from the '70's???!

Question: Years ago, I remember seeing, on the late-night creatures features, a couple of vampire movies, which looked like they were produced in Japan, but were done in the style of the old British Hammer Films; my horror movie expert friend says that there were such movies, but not only did he say that he didn't know the titles, but also and apparently, there were THREE films in the series...

...as I said, these films looked like they were produced in Japan, and they were NOT any of those stupid 'hopping' vampire films, produced in China!!!

I hope that someone can help me out...

Wow!!! A trilogy, huh?? I have two films in my movie collection, which seem to match your description; they are "The Lake of Dracula" and "The Evil of Dracula", and they were indeed produced in Japan, by the folks over at Toho Studios (...yes, the same company who did the Godzilla movies). I did not know that these two films were part of a trilogy; give me a moment, and I'll see if I can find the other one...

(edit)

A-ha!!! Found it!!! Apparently, director Michio Yamamoto DID produce a third film, which was in fact, the first film in the trilogy, and remains unreleased in the U.S.; it is called "Fear of the Ghost House: Bloodsucking Doll", from 1970...

...in order, the series goes like this...

"Fear of the Ghost House: Bloodsucking Doll" (1970)
"Lake of Dracula" (1971)
"Evil of Dracula" (1974)
