Do you mean "Over Her Dead Body" with Eva Longoria in it? (There was actually another movie out about 5 yrs ago named Over My Dead Body, so I'm just making sure you meant the one in theaters right now.)

If so, it's Lake Bell. She's been in a lot of things, mostly TV stuff: Boston Legal, ER, The Practice, Miss Match to name a few.
