Question: i saw that movie a couple months ago and like 4:00 a.m.
they never show it and it was so good. do they sell DVD's of it anywhere (but ebay)?

...regrettably, the film has yet to see release on DVD, and the tape has been long out-of-print; it's been on my DVD 'want' list for several years, and with no scheduled or pending release of the film, in the near future, in the DVD format, I am about ready to transfer my well-worn VHS tape of the film, to DVD-R...

...in fact, I DO remember when Turner Classic Movies broadcast that movie last, and at the time you mentioned, no less; it a shame that such a popular and poignant '80's film, was shown abnd broadcast so unjustifyingly unceremonious...
Love this movie I saw the movie once on Blockbuster a while back you can try there.
Ebay or Amazon might be your best bet. That's an old movie and might be pretty hard to find in a video store.
You could try Movie Stop...that is a DVD/VHS swap shop and used DVD store...or try a used book store that also carries DVDs or VHS tapes.
I have a copy...on VHS.
