"I Am Legend" movie blooper?!
Question: Has anyone notice that in the movie, 3 years after the viral infection, Robert Neville's (played by Will Smith) house actually has electricity supply even though every single "normal" human being out there that are capable of maintaining the power plants are either dead or mutated? The movie didn't even show that he has an electricity generator in his house. And what about water supply? The water treatment plant was actually up and running to supply water for him to bathe his dog?
I like the movie but it bothers me that the director can actually miss out such obvious point.

He has several generators set up in his house. The movie doesn't make it an overly explicit point about it, but they are clearly seen in several shots.
i thought there was some kind of generator in his apartment.
He may have been using a gas powered generator.

i think they showeda generator early in the movie,when he first went into the lab in the basement. that movie was a majr disappointment to me...it was like "Turner and Hooch meets 28 days later..."
they showed the generator, and they showed him siphoning gas to power the generator
That's.. not a blooper. Just not an in-depth script...
