If it's not a script for an animated film or a musical, and if you're not an established writer, I'd suggest using it to apply for a Disney Fellowship. The Disney Fellowship is a program offered to help emerging writers hone their craft. As per their website:

Fellows receive a weekly salary for a one-year period, subject to change, but (currently amounting to $50,000/year plus benefits). The program is an intensive, hands-on experience that involves workshops, seminars and mentorships with creative executives from ABC, ABC Television Studio, Disney Channel, ABC Family, Lifetime and Buena Vista Motion Pictures Group.

So you get a lot of access to many of the decision makers within the Disney entertainment group, plus you get to learn a lot about the process of writing, development, and filmmaking, plus you get paid.

Of course the Fellowship is a highly competitive program, so make sure your script is airtight (format AND storywise) before you send it in.

Disney tends to look from within for most of their projects, so this may be a good way to get in there.

The website below still shows information for last year's application process, but it should be updated within the next couple of months (by April or May).

Send it to them?

whats it about? i love hannah montana.....lol (to the person below me)

You will probably have to hire an agent that has experience in dealing with movie companies to present it to them. Most companies do not accept unsolicited scripts from unknown writers.

Also if it doesn't have Hannah Montana in it, it probably won't sell because she is their hot item right now.
