What are fast,easy,and great work-out dvds??!

Question: They have to be dvds.We cant have vhs because they dont work.So,do you know any work-out dvds that were really fast and easy??Please help!!!!!!Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well im not sur eif they are on dvd but my moms always doing those goofy firm videos, they say results in 7 days i think, i tried it once and it was really good and kind of fun.
and tea bo is pretty good too.
