There are lots of bad movies out there. Although I agree that 13 Ghosts wasn't a good one. I expected it to be scary, but I can't say that it really was.
I think the best scary house movies are: The Haunting of Hill House, Rose Red, The Shining and The Changeling.

I don't think they scammed us all by promising nudity. There was nudity. Heavy nudity. You didn't see the dead girl walking around butt naked with her nipple sliced? The only place nudity could have been promised was in the trailer and that only showed the dead girl.
The thing they promised on and didn't deliver was a scary movie.
actually it depends on what genre you like in movies..
if your not a horror fanatic, you can say its lame..
but for me.. the story itself is quite interesting
though i would watch it on dvd than pay to watch it in the big screen.
The movie was quite horrible, but not quite the worst ever. The acting was pitiful, as was the script. The concept for the movie was actually good, but was never fully developed. The one redeeming quality was the ghosts. They were genuinely scary and original, and looked great. Too bad the rest of the movie didn't meet the same standards.
