Film title required desperately! Features a man on a roundabout with a bomb stra!
Question: All I remember about this film is that it featured a scene with a guy on a child's roundabout in park with a bomb strapped to him. I think it eventually blew him up and it was a terrorist who was responsible for it. Kind of along the lines of Die Hard 3. I think I might be getting it confused, but there's a possibility it had Jeremy Irons in it too, although that might just be me thinking of Die Hard again.
Anyone can help me out with this, that would be great, it's beginning to drive me mad! It's probably a 90s film too if that's any help!

Blown Away (1994)
Tommie Lee Jones plays the IRA terrorist,,Jeff Bridges plays the son of the old man strapped to the bomb on the roundabout...and his real life father Lloyd Bridges plays the bomb victim. Tommie Lee Jones has a bone to pick with Jeff's character...for they were both were with the IRA at one time...though Jeff has changed his name now and is a bomb disposal expert with the police department bomb squad. Good movie.
Die Hard: With a Vengeance (1995)

The Park Is Mine (1986 TV movie)
This is another possibility, but the star is Tommy Lee Jones, whose character commandeers Central Park. But, I don't think there's a bomb involved. It's been 20+ years since I've seen it, and I can't say that I recall any details about it beyond some shooting.
I'll look for other possibilities. The next person lists a movie I thought of, too, again with Tommy (not Tommie) Lee Jones. But, I couldn't recall when the film was made. So, it could be "Blown Away", in which Jones was on the side of the Law, not the terrorist. I haven't seen any of these films for so long that I simply don't remember a lot about them. I remember being disappointed in the third "Die Hard" and unimpressed with the other two. I do think the poster might be right though.
It's got to be Die Hard: With a Vengeance. I checked his filmography and if it was made in the 90's it has to be that one. Here is a list of his movies, that might help :D
