the whole movies proves it. both remee and the guys whose hair he pulls outdo the social labels people have already put on them. when remee is on the roof top making the cheesy mushroom, he is defying his father's wishes by entering the human's house to get the ingredients.
but you cant really pick out one spot in the movie because the whole thing is that message. you might want to narrow it down. if your doing this for homework, you should know that the theme is the whole thing, so your not supposed to be able to pick out one scene.

The whole thing. A theme is supposed to be going on through the movie! Mainly when the little chef is cooking... i think his name is Remy? But when the little rat is cooking is really the main part of the theme. "Anyone can cook!"
