Some that would definately be on the top of my list are Blazing Saddles, The Big Lebowski, Young Frankenstein, Office Space, School of Rock, Dodgeball, Anchorman, Team America: World Police, Dr. Strangelove, Caddyshack, and The Producers. But if I had to narrow it down to one film, I think I would say that This is Spinal Tap or Clue is the funniest movie I have ever seen. High Fidelity, Idiocracy, Matchstick Men, and Thank You For Smoking all get honorable mention.
