Does the film Cloverfield make you feel sick?!

Question: I am supposed to be going to watch the film Cloverfield at the cinema tonight but am a bit worried. I've heard reports that some people have had to leave the cinema as the motion of the cameras due to the way it is filmed has made people feel sick. I am 12 weeks pregnant and have been feeling a bit nauseous anyway so was just wandering if it is as bad as reports have made out or whether i'll be able to stomach it?

no no no! do not listen to anybody who says it is hard to stomach, its absolutely fine and i dont think it affects that many people. before i say i was also worried about motion sickness as i get it from swings! But when you actually watch the movie and you are caught up in all that is happening, you seriously bearly notice the way it is filmed, it is perfetly fine go and have a fun time and please please just ignore people who say its hard to stomach because quite frankly they are stupid.

GO ITS NOT THAT BAD

It is really hard to stomach. The camera is hurdling around all of the time, so people that are sensitive to motion sickness would get sick. Being pregnant will not make you more likely to throw up.

If you're already feeling nauseous you might not want to risk it. The camera work is incredibly shaky and if you're anywhere near the front of the screen it might trigger nausea. It might be best to sit this one out.

I'd skip it! I felt that way about "Blair Witch" and for the same reason; the damn camera won't hold still!

As an added bonus, you don't have to see the movie and you can save the $9.00 for your baby!

It depends it you suffer from motion sickness. I felt sick at first when i saw it but i got used to it after the first half an hour.

I was ok for nthe first hour or so but by the end of the film I was feeling seriously sick; mind you I do suffer from motion sickness quite badly. There was a warning at the box office abou the film, and advised anyone suffering from epilepsy/fits or motion sickness not to see it.
