It's hard to pick! I did like Jack Sparrow, but I felt that the 3rd movie sucked so that kinda ruined it for me.
Bender in the Breakfast Club is amazing.
Spicoli in Fast times at ridgemont high is HILARIOUS (better than in the book, i thought)
Sweeney Todd is also a unique character, though that would come from stage.

I agree with you...hands down it is Val Kilmer as "Doc Holiday"! I have always said that I can't believe he never recieved an award for that performance. I also liked Eric Bano's character "Hector" from the movie Troy!
