I watched it last year. I thought it was an awesome movie. It was weird too, because I have a friend that is from that area of the world and he was like, it really is like that to this day. He says even with the beauty there comes that creepy feeling. Its funny to because we rented The Departed the same night too. Not because it was DiCaprio nite, just happen to be the two movies we haven't seen yet at the video store.
It makes me glad that, in all of my 53 years, I have never purchased a diamond.
Heart-wrenching film. I loved it and recommended it to everyone I know who would be interested.
Loved it. Very deep theme.
And it changed my attitude towards diamonds, I don't think it'll ever occur to me to ask for one *shudders*
