Answers: I have seen the movie but does the title actually mean? and waht has it got to do with McClane fighting terrorists?

it means.. its hard for mcclane to die. you can see from all the die hard movies, with all the shooting, explosion and near death experiences, mcclane never dies

Dying with an erection?

Its dieing in a cool way!!

because its hard for them to kill McClain. Therefore He DIES HARD.
Remember when, remember when, remember when, he had to walk across the broken glass, cause, like, he didn't have any shoes on, and he all knew it was gonna hurt, but he did it anyways?
THAT WAS AWESOME!!!

A long and painful carry on before your eventual death.

Or it could mean die in such a way that gets you noticed.

Die Hard means, not easy to die.

explained here.

Myself have always gone with answer above.

I believe they got the name from the 'Die Hard' car battery

dieing with a hard one...............lol

It's about how hard it is for the "bad" people to kill Bruce Willis off. Basically, if he is going to die they will have to kill him the hard way.

The term "die hard" means to be relentless toward a cause or personal passion or simply not to give up without a strong fight. This can easily apply to this man's actions.

You could apply your question to thousands of films,
Pulp fiction being just one,,it`s all just a way of catching your attention,,Oh and $$$$$$$$s

Tenacity.

it refers to the way you die
hard (tough/a hard man/like a man/do not back down/do not let the bad guys win)
I cannot think of any more examples

something that "dies hard" is something that does not die or go away easily. like willis'character in the film. he will not die nor will he give up and go away. hence the title DIE HARD and thats how it relates to him fighting terrorists.

It means to be relentless, unstoppable, non tiring. Like the idea of a 'die hard' fan, it is someone who never lets up, and goes to extreme measures. In this way it describes John MCClane because even after he has been beaten to a pulp, stepped through glass, been blown up and even shot, he will always come back and save the day in the most extreme way possible.

It means to not die easily; to keep fighting after they've given you up for dead. "To not go gently into that good night."

It is german. Meaning "The Hard"
